QLYS-DZ Series Hydraulic Tire Grabbing Machine is a special  equipment for  loading& unloading, stacking & destacking and other mobile operation, and it contains a number of patented technologies.

This product adopts a folding boom, which overcomes the disadvantages of the truck crane, such as easy rotation of grab bucket when lifting with soft cable,no downward pressure  and poor grasping effect on solid materials

It’s the best equipment for loading, unloading, stacking & destacking of grass reedwood, bamboo, waste paper, soil, sand, stone and other loose soft materials.

The product has a "dual power" system of internal combustion engine and 380V electric interchange operation; Explosion proof motor and fully enclosed electric can be selected for electric operation, which is safe and fireproof, and saves 60% energy consumption compared with internal combustion engine operation; Different hydraulic grabs can be quickly replaced to realize the multi-purpose function of one machine.

 It has the following characteristics:

● equipped with "dual power" interconnecting and interlocking (patented technology) devices of  alternating driving operation of internal combustion engine and 380V power;

● electric operation has overcurrent, overload, overheating and leakage protection devices;

● equipped with Y / △ step-down starting device;

● automatic identification of phase sequence to prevent reverse rotation of oil pump;

● power and oil cut-off self-locking and self-stop protective devices of hydraulic system;

● there are multiple compound actions during operation to improve operation efficiency;

● hydraulic system is installed with air-cooled radiator;

● the gripper can rotate and change direction 360 degrees automatically;

● when electric operation is carried out in the upper control room, there is a dual-purpose air conditioning device;
